The Festival, now in its third year, is an excuse for us to eat our favourite food! More importantly it is also an opportunity to promote Cardiff as a food destination for lovers of Indian cuisine.

The Spice Merchant, Spice Route and Kemi’s Café have a reputation for using the very best ingredients with flair and excellence. During the festival we would like to build on this by using more locally sourced ingredients including winners of the True Taste Wales Food & Drink Awards. Why not try these recipies at home?
